Zitz Sum is a small Coral Gables restaurant where the menu changes with the seasons and chef Pablo Zitzmann brings Japanese techniques together with his Latin American background. There’s an à la carte menu, but I’d go for the seven-course tasting menu. It changes weekly, gives you a chance to try several of the kitchen’s ideas, and makes the meal feel like an occasion. Zitz Sum has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand every year from 2022 through 2026.
