Wan’s has been part of Fort Lauderdale’s Chinese food scene since 1966. The restaurant is now in its fourth generation, with chef Alex Kuk carrying the family business forward at its Victoria Park location. It’s a great place to bring a group and order a few dishes for the table. I’d start with the mu shu and chow fun, then add the egg fu yung. The menu also includes family recipes that have been served for decades.
