Chef Eduardo Lara started The Wolf of Tacos during the pandemic because he missed the street tacos he grew up eating in Mexico City. He and partner Pablo Reyes turned it from a pop-up into a permanent spot at Central Fare inside MiamiCentral. The tacos keep things simple: good tortillas, well-cooked meat, and house-made salsa. Start with the al pastor, then try the suadero or campechano. Honestly, I’d have a hard time ordering just one.
