Taste Rite has been making Jamaican food in South Florida since Lynden Gordon opened the business in 1996. These days, the patties are the reason I stop in. They’re baked with a flaky crust and come with plenty of filling. Get the jerk chicken and cheesy beef patties, and consider adding coco bread if you want to turn one into more of a meal. With several locations around South Florida, it’s an easy place to grab a quick lunch or a few patties to take home.
