Steve Santana opened Taquiza in 2014 as a walk-up counter in a South Beach hostel. Now in Little River, it still nixtamalizes and grinds its own corn, pressing gluten-free tortillas in full view of the counter. Order the Chicken Pibil, the Chorizo, and a bag of the heirloom blue corn totopos.
