Husband-and-wife team Daniel Figueredo and Rosa Romero founded Sanguich to celebrate Miami’s Cuban sandwich tradition. Their classic Cuban is my first order, but the medianoche and pan con lechón are worth trying too. Get a mango batido with whichever sandwich you choose.
