Chef-owner Nikol Zarbalas grew up in a restaurant family with deep Greek roots, and Hellenic brings that background to Coral Springs. It’s my favorite Greek restaurant for both traditional dishes and her creative takes. Try the pastitsio, lamb gyro, shrimp with trahana, and any of the dips.
