Chef Niven Patel grew up cooking for his family and now brings that same sense of hospitality to Ghee. He grows some of the produce for his Indian cooking at his Homestead farm, Rancho Patel. For a first visit, I recommend the chef’s tasting menu so you can experience the range of his cooking.
