Coney Burger started as a pop-up run by chef Pedro Lara and his wife, Vanessa, before finding a permanent home in Miami. It’s a small, family-run burger spot where the details matter: they bake the buns and make the sauces and pickles in-house. Start with the OG Classic if you want a double cheeseburger with Coney Sauce. For something different, get the Wagyu Champ, topped with a pickled heirloom tomato, Happy Sauce, and yuzu aioli.
