Jeff Budnechky started Apocalypse BBQ in his Kendall backyard during the pandemic, cooking on a small smoker and sharing barbecue with his neighbors. It’s grown into a restaurant with a style Jeff calls Miami BBQ: slow-smoked meats with flavors that feel at home here, from cafecito to mojo. Get the brisket and cafecito ribs, and leave room for the cornbread. It gets busy, so check the online waitlist before you go.
